How do I choose the right size?

Our clothing is specifically designed for big & tall men. We offer sizes from XL to 5XL. Each product page includes a size guide — we recommend measuring your chest, waist, and hips and comparing against the chart before ordering. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Do your clothes run true to size?

Yes. Our pieces are cut with an extended, big & tall proportioned fit — longer torsos, roomier through the chest and shoulders. They are true to our extended sizing system. Please refer to the size guide on each product page for precise measurements.

Do the colors look the same as in the photos?

We photograph all products under consistent studio lighting to represent colors as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur depending on your screen's brightness and calibration settings. If you have questions about a specific color before ordering, feel free to contact us.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch: United States 8–15 business days, UK & Europe 10–18 business days, Australia & Canada 10–18 business days, other international destinations 12–25 business days. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by your destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable fees before placing your order.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with all original packaging intact and tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please contact us before sending any return.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. All transactions are secured and encrypted at checkout.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, your order will have entered processing and we may not be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make an adjustment.
