We want you to be completely satisfied with your QAQO purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

Original packaging must be fully intact
All tags and labels must remain attached and undamaged
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as QAQO is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect the goods. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method.

To begin the return process, please contact us with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back.
