Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United Kingdom / Europe: 10–18 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 10–18 business days
  • Canada: 10–18 business days
  • Other international destinations: 12–25 business days

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. QAQO is not responsible for packages delayed due to customs processing or circumstances outside our control, but we are committed to helping resolve any issues.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. QAQO is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
